2. Typically, grants are only awarded to programs operating within the United States. International applicants will be considered on a case by case basis.

3. Our program prefers to grant for facilities construction first, and generally does not grant for ongoing programs such as monthly feeding, utilities and other general fund budgets.

4. Business plan and budget MUST accompany any grant application. Incomplete applications cannot be approved and will be sent back for completion.

5. Prior to grant approval, we may ask to tour applying facilities.
